How it work?
Two silos will be up mounted on the two feeding ends of the eps mixer,you place one silo for the new polystyrene granules on one end,the silo of recycled granules on the other end.Materials feed the input and conveyed to the middle mixing box by the screws motion.We design the paddles on the auger which are regularlly placed,it can push and convey the materials from up the silos with the rotating motion of the auger. The new and recycled materials will be mixed in the middle box,the materials guidance blower will pump mixture out to the pipe connecting another silo.
