Vertical EPS Block Mould
The EPS block mould can feed with pre expanded beads from EPS silo and output molded EPS block at vertical statue.
1. The EPS Block Mould is vertical type which saves factory room and it is good for reducing the moisture in the EPS block.
2. The vacuum cooling system of vertical EPS block mould is optional with vacuum barrel which is up and down layout or small integrated vacuum pump.
3. The machine frame is made by high strength rectangular tube.
4. Teflon material is coated in the mold.
5. Pressure sensors for automatic work are more precise and durable.
6. Energy recycling unit can be installed beside the block mould.
7. The length of Roller Conveyor for EPS block transportation can be installed.
