High Performance & Energy Saving EPS Block Forming Machine
The design of EPS block forming machine are upgraded a lot with many years of manufacturing experience.Its performance are much better with regards of the feeding system,heating system,cooling system,hydraulic system,compressed air system and machine body strength.
Take the 6000*1200*1000mm size EPS block machine as example.
1) Machine takes 12 pcs ofφ100 feeding guns and 10 pcs ofφ70 feeding guns.So,the EPS feeding is fast with 22 pcs of feeding guns.
2) The steam inlets and outlets are at two ends not at one end only.The steam penetration are at many different directions.So,it saves steam volume and less time in working.
3) We take newly designed integrated vacuum system as an option which can cool down the EPS block faster than air cooling block machine under same electricity consumption.Our machine can output per block at 5min/cycle with 18kg/m³density EPS block.The integrated vacuum system takes less room and less electricity and less water than traditional vacuum barrels.
4) We add mineral wool insulation sheets on the exterior wall of block machine which can make steam not freezing and less moisture in EPS block.And the steam are saved too.
5) The EPS block forming machine takes pressure sensor not electro connecting pressure gauge,the pressure sensors enjoys more service time and better precision and more stable in working.The traditional pressure gauge can not work if the water comes into it.
6) The stainless steel plate at mold are cut by laser,the steam gap are even and precise.The Teflon are coated on plate.So,the EPS materials can not pasted on it and block output is smooth.
7) Our machine takes hydraulic synchronic unit to push EPS block from mold,the 4 pcs of hydraulic units can push and pull back at same time.It is different with traditional hydraulic regulating valves.The EPS block can breaks a bit if the work is not synchronically,and the traditional hydraulic valves can leak oil somtimes.
Our hydraulic synchronic unit are fast in working and it takes Pair Vane Pump which speed is two times than traditional gear type hydraulic pump.
