sponge cnc horizontal vibration blade cutting machine
The CNC contour cutting machine features a thin sharp blade pulled backwards and forwards at high speed.The foam is sliced without removing any materials, making for powerful yet dust free cutting for flexible foam materials.Powerful motors stroke the blade at an incredibly high speed. This results in a superior surface finishings,where the blade cleanly slices not vibrates the foam.
The blade is held by a mechanism on the machine which provides 360˚ rotation. It easily steers the teeth of the blade through tightly nested complex contours, without having to stop production to untwist blades.
